From our very beginning back on January 1, 1993, we have adhered to our policy of not charging fees for Dean’s ministry; and to this day, there are no financial requirements for Dean to minister. We simply do not charge anyone, anything.

By not charging fees, Dean can always assure the audience that he is there to give, not take from them.

While Dean's message and ministry are free, the pipeline is costly.
